A New York Republican planning to run for governor as part of the Tea Party movement says the national health care plan signed into law by President Obama will kill more Americans than the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks did.

Millionaire developer Carl Paladino of Buffalo says the results of the health care program will be so "horrific" that Americans will die because of deteriorating health care.

“The day that bill was passed will be remembered just as 9/11 was remembered in history,” Paladino told "Guardian Angel" Curtis Sliwa on his radio show on AM 970. “It was an attempt by these people in Washington to defy the Constitution."

On the show he also called for Attorney General Andrew Cuomo to join 13 states suing to stop the legislation. Paladino referred to Cuomo, a likely Democratic candidate for governor, as "Prince Andrew."

Paladino, who has said he plans to announce his run for Governor on April 5, also says he wants to send Democratic Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver to the Attica state prison for stealing from taxpayers.
