    THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY HAS ISSUED A HIGH RIP
    CURRENT RISK. IT IS IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING.

    * LOCATIONS...THE NEW JERSEY SHORE AND THE DELAWARE BEACHES.

    * RISK OF RIP CURRENTS...HIGH.

    * SURF HEIGHT...3 TO 5 FEET.

    * IMPACTS...BEACH PATROLS REPORTED SWIMMING RESTRICTIONS AT
    SEVERAL OF THE NEW JERSEY AND DELAWARE BEACHES ON WEDNESDAY. THE
    SWELLS AND ASSOCIATED RIP CURRENTS WILL INCREASE FURTHER THROUGH
    TONIGHT AND INTO THURSDAY.

    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

    THE RISK OF DROWNING WILL BE MAGNIFIED IF OPTING TO SWIM AFTER
    LIFEGUARDS GO OFF DUTY.

    A HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS IMPLIES THAT WIND AND/OR WAVE
    CONDITIONS WILL SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF VERY STRONG RIP
    CURRENTS. THESE RIP CURRENTS WILL BE LIFE THREATENING TO ANYONE
    WHO ENTERS THE SURF.
