Fanta Bility

The Briarcliffe Volunteer Fire Company was suspended for 30 days after members allegedly made racist comments about other firefighters and mocked Fanta Bility, an 8-year-old girl who authorities say died at the hands of three police officers last year.

Five months after an 8-year-old girl was shot dead in a town just south of Philadelphia by what investigators believe was police gunfire, the local district attorney announced manslaughter charges against three local officers.

Investigators have concluded with “near certainty” that bullets fired by Sharon Hill police officers who were shooting back at gunmen during a high school football game last month struck and killed an 8-year-old girl.
