An elderly woman was injured in a quick-moving fire Friday night that spread across two buildings on the Upper West Side, including one that houses a popular restaurant. Authorities are investigating a chair-throwing brawl that broke out at a City Island restaurant Thursday night.  It's not clear what sparked the wild fight inside Seafood City.
