Vera Wang flew straight from New York Fashion Week to see Evan Lysacek win gold in Vancouver -- wearing the costume she'd designed. Frankly, the whole spectacle made us nostalgic for the costumes she'd made for Nancy Kerrigan in the '90s.

Kerrigan's neon yellow outfit for the 1994 in Lillehammer was one of Wang's favorites. As she told the AP, "Neon is extremely active ... It has a feel of modernity and techno."

Another of Kerrigan's glittering costumes during the '94 games was apparently based on an actual Vera Wang gown. We found this incredible vintage clip on how the whole outfit came together.
