Signal issues are continuing to cause problems on the 7 subway line.

The MTA says signal problems at 52nd Street have caused some Flushing-bound trains to terminate at 74th St.-Broadway. Also, no express Times Square-bound trains are currently running.

Service was suspended Tuesday evening for the entire line but later resumed with heavy delays. Later, signal problems hampered the the majority of the Queens portion of the line. Service was restored Wednesday morning after crews worked all night to clear a blocked air line at 33rd Street in Queens causing the problems.

The MTA is now offering shuttle buses on affected portions of the line, but is urging commuters to allow for additional travel time.
