On the actresses' blog, which launched on Friday, viewers can read about Jenny's "Give It Up Before Summer" challenge, where the actress is chronicling her quest to remove sugar from her life.

"Cramps, crabbiness, bloated and gorging on food describe the last nine hours of my day. Wow, it's really hard when you have PMS. Jenny, a former Playboy model and host of MTV's dating show "Singled Out," also wrote the best-selling books "Louder Than Words: A Mother's Journey in Healing Autism" and "Mother Warriors: A Nation of Parents Healing Autism Against All Odds."
