Papa Lohan Arrested in NY (Again)

Michael Lohan, the father of actress Lindsay Lohan, was arrested by Nassau County Police Thursday morning and charged with criminal contempt.
Bryan Konoski, an attorney for Lohan's ex-girlfriend Erin Muller, told the New York Post that Lohan allegedly phoned Muller at work on Jan. 21, which would violate an order of protection.
In June, a judge said Lohan would avoid prosecution on an aggravated harassment charge if he stayed out of trouble for a year. Lohan denied he threatened to kill his girlfriend and himself if she left him.
Lohan was arrested on a similar charge in December.
He is due in court on Feb. 25.
