1 woman killed, another hurt in Brooklyn hit-and-run crash
The crash occurred just after 5 p.m. in Bushwick at the intersection of Eldert Street and Knickerbocker Avenue, police said. A blue SUV swerved to avoid another car, and plowed into two women, killing one of them. The driver ran off from the scene.
