Authorities are investigating allegations that a boy forced several younger male students to perform sex acts with one another during bus rides to and from their Hudson Valley elementary school.
Some of the acts, between March and June, were captured on the video camera aboard the bus carrying students in the city of Newburgh School District.
School officials discovered the acts while checking the video in June because one of the victims' mothers said her son had been bullied.
The boys involved range in age from 7 to 10, according to officials. Police say the sexual conduct occurred while they were clustered in the back of the bus.

"The allegations are just so extreme and deplorable that I'm afraid that the client and family will never recover here, " said James Monroe, who represents one of the children.
A judge has ordered the bus company to secure the videos and for the school district to safeguard them. The case is being heard in family court.
