Helmut Lang: The Hamptons isn't just for the preppies anymore, it's also for the trendy minimalists now thanks to the Helmut Lang pop-up-store opening Memorial Day weekend. James B. Fairchild: James Fairchild spent two decades as a vice president for design at Ralph Lauren and now has his fashion sights set on the Hamptons. Merchandise in his newly opened store includes antique jewelry, vintage handbags and home decor items. 619 Hampton Rd. Southampton
