2 Large Carrots
2 Large Parsnips
1 Medium Sweet Potato
2 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoon Butter
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
Directions:
1. Peel veggies
2. Shred veggies completely
3. Melt coconut oil in a medium-sized pan
4. Mix veggies and add to pan
5. Sprinkle in the dry ingredients
6. Add butter and continue to saute veggies until tender
7. Remove and serve...enjoy!
