Singer Chris Brown is being sued by a photographer who claims Brown's bodyguards beat him up for trying to snap some pics.

Rihanna isn't the only one getting an alleged Chris Brown related beatdown.

R&B superstar Brown is being sued by a photographer who claims the "Run It" singer's bodygaurds got violent with him on a Los Angeles basketball court.

Brown and his bodyguards were working the boards at the LA Fitness courts in February when they were approached by the photographer, who attempted to snap pics of the crew shooting hoops.

The singer's posse "shook" the paparazzo with "incredible force," said the photographer who also claimed he fell down a flight of stairs after the entourage chased him.

He's preparing to press charges of assault and battery, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and premises liability for the incident, which happened just weeks after Brown allegedly banged up ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

Rosen is also suing the gym, claiming an employee blocked him from leaving.

"This is a specious and frivolous lawsuit by one of the paparazzi seeking publicity and a payday," Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos, said in a statement. "He's done this before and lost. We will vigorously defend against this."

According to the Associated Press, a photog with the same name filed a nearly identical lawsuit against James Bond actor Pierce Brosnan in 2007 -- but it was dismissed.

Rihanna was left with a bruised face and swollen eyes after the Feb. 8 attack, which cops said started after Brown received a text message from another woman. Brown pleaded not guilty to assault charges on Rihanna earlier this month.

He spoke out for the first time since the Rihanna attack Wednesday, telling fans in a YouTube video that he "ain't a monster" and that "haters" should step off.

He also promised a new single and album would be released soon.
