Two people were slashed in the Bronx Thursday morning, and two other people were struck by a car nearby, police said.
The two people were slashed on Morris Avenue in Mott Haven at 2:45 a.m. Around that time two other people were hit by a vehicle on the same street, according to police.
Police said the two incidents weren't connected but that they were both gang-related.

Police said the victims who were slashed are expected to survive. The two people who were hit by a car had minor injuries. All of the victims were taken to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition.
No arrests have been made in either incident, and police had no description of possible suspects.
