The building that houses one of New York's most famed pizzerias is on the market, Eater reported.
The four-story Midwood building that houses Di Fara Pizza on Avenue J and East 15th Street is up for sale for about $4 million, according to the report.
As the story notes, Di Fara Pizza lovers likely do not have to worry about the Brooklyn staple relocating anytime soon. The marketing materials for the building's listing highlight the historic restaurant on the building's ground floor.
The building has also changed hands a number of times in the past.
It was most recently sold in 2002, Eater reports, and that deal has not affected the crowds of pizza lovers who brave long lines for the taste of a Di Fara pie.
