1. NYC Restaurant Owners Push for Surcharge to Eat Wage Increase

Dining in New York City could be getting a bit more expensive. 

At least 100 restaurant owners want to charge more by pushing lawmakers to allow them to add a surcharge to the bill. 

The owners say the reason is to help cover the cost of higher wages.

2. NYC Country's 2nd Most Expensive Rental Market in April: Report

No surprise here!

The Big Apple is the second-most expensive rental market in the country. 

Tribeca, SoHo and Chelsea are the neighborhoods that have the highest monthly rents in all of Manhattan. 

The Tech Hub of San Francisco takes the honor for the most expensive rental market.

3. Hudson Yards Letting You in for Sneak Peek

Hudson Yards, the huge development site on Manhattan's West Side, is going to let you in for a sneak peek. 

"The Shed" a highly-anticipated arts, music and cultural center won't open until Spring 2019, but from now through May 13 you can get a taste of what is coming.
