Police performed a massive raid at a Manhattan storage facility in which millions of dollars in counterfeit goods were seized, according to a source.
The fraudulent goods bust went down at a facility in Hell's Kitchen on Saturday, a law enforcement source with direct knowledge of the investigation told NBC New York. The task force, consisting of federal agents as well as NYPD officers, was at the scene for hours.
It was believed the total value of goods seized was in the millions of dollars, law enforcement sources said. It was not clear if there were any arrests were made in connection to the bust.
Sources said multiple trucks would be needed to haul out all of the illegal and fake goods.
