Facade of Vacant Building Collapses in Brooklyn: FDNY

Part of the facade of a vacant building in Brooklyn collapsed Friday morning, the FDNY says.

The front of the building on 49th Street near Fourth Avenue in Sunset Park came down shortly before 10 a.m., fire officials said.

No one was injured, but it's not clear if any surrounding structures or cars were damaged.

Motorists and pedestrians are advised to avoid the area.
