A thief wearing a hat with red horns swiped a wallet out of a woman's purse at a Brooklyn bar, then used it to make purchases, and police are searching for the suspect, who was captured on surveillance cameras.
The suspect took the wallet from a 37-year-old woman's purse at The Abbey Bar Night Club at 536 Driggs Ave. in Williamsburg at about 11 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 18, according to police. He ran away and made unspecified purchases with the card at a store at 195 Bedford Ave.
The suspect, described as being in his late 20s to early 30s, was wearing a black hat with red horns, a black jacket, black jeans and black boots.
