This is the big Karl Fischer building (the one on the right) going up on Union Avenue near the Gateway to Williamsburg and its sidekick, the famed Kellogg's Diner. Progress on the Hot Karl at 405 Union has been slow, but steady and has certainly made progress since this look we had a while ago. The building to the left is the Union Plaza building from Michael Muroff. Both the Hot Karl and the Muroff buildings will have 47 units each.
