Eat up, Brooklyn!

Hey Brooklyn, time to put on your fat pants!

As restaurants neighborhood-wide prepare tastings, Park Slope residents ready their palates. Tonight, between 7 and 9PM, you can visit 35 eating establishments and grocers in the Slope for a taste of their wares, free. Some examples of what awaits you include a sampling of Spanish cava at Prospect Wines, house-made crostini spreads like white-bean and applewood-smoked bacon purée; garlic-infused cream cheese spread; and duck liver paté at applewood, spinach gnocchetti paired with wine at Scottadito, pizza and bruschetta from Anthony’s, and at Cousin John’s, slices of “Brooklyn’s Best Cheesecake.”
