Two Struck in Staten Island Hit-and-Run Crash

Two pedestrians were struck by a hit-and-run driver on Staten Island late Saturday afternoon, police said.

Officials say the two people were crossing Park Hill Avenue around 4:30 p.m. when a white pickup truck, heading northbound, struck the two and fled the scene.

The two people were transported to Richmond University Medical Center. One of the victims is stable while the other is in critical condition, police said.

An investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information on the crash is asked to call police.
