An off-duty MTA train conductor allegedly punched a 40-year-old woman after the two got into an argument, police said.

Twain Glover, 44, was on an A train in Brooklyn around 2 a.m. Saturday when he got into a dispute with the woman, the NYPD said.

At some point during the fight, Glover allegedly punched the woman, according to police. The woman was left with a bloody nose, but refused medical attention when police showed up.

Glover and the woman didn’t know each other, and it wasn’t clear what they were arguing about, the NYPD said. He has been charged with assault.

His attorney information wasn’t immediately available Saturday.

A spokesman for the MTA on Saturday said the agency "hold[s] employees to high standards on and off the job."

"These are serious allegations and we will review this developing matter," he added.
