NJ Transit Back on Schedule After Disabled Train Causes Delays in, out of Penn Station

NJ Transit trains in and out of Penn Station were delayed during the morning rush Monday because of a disabled train in a Hudson River tube, officials say.

A disabled train in the north tube halted trains on the Northeast Corridor line were delayed by up to 60 minutes following the delays. Trains were running on or close to schedule again by about 10:30 a.m.

PATH was cross-honoring rail tickets at Newark Penn Station, Hoboken and West 33rd Street in Manhattan. New York Waterway was also cross-honoring rail tickets.
