Man Accused of Exposing Himself to Woman, Baby

Police have arrested a Rockland County man for allegedly exposing himself to a woman taking a walk with her infant.

John Delbiondo of Wesley Hills, N.Y., in Rockland County faces a misdemeanor count of public lewdness and exposure of a person, a violation.

He is accused of trailing the victim in a car while she pushed her infant in a stroller in Pomona Sunday afternoon.

According to the Journal News, police say the victim told police that Delbiondo got out of the SUV three times, and exposed himself the last time.

Police say the suspect was arrested last year for allegedly pulling his pants down and making inappropriate comments to two 9-year-old girls.
