Driver With 64 License Suspensions Arrested

Police say they've arrested a Long Island man for driving with 64 license suspensions.      

Suffolk County police charged Stefan Giokas with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving while ability impaired by drugs and possession of a controlled substance.      

He was arrested on Thursday at 10:45 p.m. while driving on Clearview Drive in Wheatley Heights.      

He was to be arraigned on Friday.      

Information about his lawyer wasn't immediately available.
