Two Stabbed, One Fatally, in East Harlem

Two people were found stabbed, one fatally, in East Harlem Friday morning, police said.

Responding to a report of a stabbing at 2371 Second Avenue at 5:45 a.m., police found a 36-year-old man with stab wounds to the torso and a 48-year-old woman with a stab wound to her wrist. 

The man was taken to Harlem Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.  The female victim is listed in stable condition at Metropolitan Hospital.  

The police did not name the deceased because his family has not been notified.  No arrests were made and the stabbing remains under investigation, police said
