In what conjures up a scene from "The Devil Wears Prada", Anna Wintour announced she'll be attending only three days of the five-day Milan Fashion Week, sending designers and their legions of coordinators into a tizzy.
Wintour will be in town from just February 26th to the 28th of the Milan Fashion Week, which runs from February 24th to March 2nd. The fallout? The earliest and latest shows shuffle into a last-minute reschedule as they try to cram themselves into her itinerary.
Needless to say, people are not pleased. Mario Boselli, president of the Italian Fashion Chamber, was quoted as saying that "if [Wintour] only comes for a fleeting visit, perhaps it would be better is she stayed at home."
