Ziplining is an exhilarating ride for the average thrill-seeker, sure, but it also tests physical fitness.

Check out Lauren Scala's report from Hunter Mountain, where she hit up the zipline course set up by Zipline NY.

"It's an extreme activity," zipline expert Bradd Morse says in the report. "It's a lot of fun."

Fun, but also a great way to work your abs and core, Morse later told Go Healthy New York through a spokesperson.

And the Adventure Tower involves stretching, flexibility and utilizing upper body strength to lift and pull up body weight, Morse said.
