Neighborhood Watch: MePa Steak Sliced: The Meatpacking District already lost one…

The Meatpacking District already lost one legendary local eatery this year in Florent, and now the 140-year-old Old Homestead steakhouse has survived a landlord scrap with some scars. Eater reports that the lease is up on the southern half of the restaurant (the part at 52-54 Ninth Avenue), and the Old Homestead will give up the space.
