Steve Madden’s Historic Blacksmith House for Sale

Over the years, Steve Madden and his wife, Wendy Ballew, bought up all the units in the Upper East Side townhouse. Now, the six-story, 6,040-square-foot townhouse is on the market for $8.995 million, reports The Observer.
