The driver, who asked not to be identified, told NBC 4 New York he was towing an expired motorcycle in the Kew Gardens Hills section of Queens Tuesday when a man emerged from the home and began arguing with him.

The motorcycle owner tried to prevent the tow truck driver from taking the motorcycle, and it eventualy led to a fight, the driver said. Two other men, whom the driver believes are relatives of the motorcycle owner, joined in the fight and punched and kicked the driver.
