An NYPD cop has been arrested on charges he sexually abused a child younger than 11 at least twice over a three-month period, authorities say.
Jacob Sabbagh, 33, is charged with course of sexual conduct against a child, according to the NYPD.
The charge is a felony. A person is guilty of the crime if a jury finds they engaged in sexual conduct with a child younger than 11 on at least two occassions over a three-month period.
Sabbagh was arrested in Brooklyn after an investigation by the department's Internal Affairs Bureau.
