A man and a woman worked together to rob a New York City cab driver over the weekend in Queens, according to the NYPD.
On Saturday around 7 a.m., a woman flagged down a cab in Brooklyn and told the male driver to go to Jamaica, where he dropped the woman off, police said.
When parked outside of the building, the woman called a man to come downstairs and pay for the ride, according to authorities.
The man came outside, walked up to the cab driver, flashed a gun at him and demanded money, the NYPD said.
The victim handed over his cellphone and more than $100 before both 20-year-old-something suspects ran away, officials said.
