1. Celebrities Pay Tribute to Slain Bronx Teen Lesandro Guzman-Feliz

A number of celebrities are paying tribute to the 15-year-old boy who was murdered outside a Bronx bodega lat week in an apparent case of mistaken identity. 

Lesandro Guzman-Feliz, 15, was chased out of the store in the Belmont neighborhood of the Bronx Wednesday night by five men and repeatedly beaten and stabbed with a machete, according to police

Rapper Cardi B, who is from the Bronx, took Instagram Sunday to pay tribute to Guzman-Feliz, known to his friends as Junior, and send condolences to his family. 

Rihanna also took to Instagram to call for #JusticeforJunior, posting a photo of the teen with the caption: "can’t stop thinking about this poor baby boy, and how his family must feel right now! I’m sincerely praying for your healing and #justiceforjunior."

2. NY, NJ Spots Land Among 2018 Coolest Small Towns in America

If you are looking for the coolest small town in the country, look no farther than New York. 

The vibrant haven known as Beacon, New York, reigns supreme as the coolest small town in the entire United States thanks to its artisanal and forward-thinking vibes. 

The shore town of Point Pleasant, New Jersey, also came in as one of the coolest -- taking the 10th spot for its family-friendly beach.

3. NY Thief Cuts Through 3 Fences to Steal Hybrid Wolf

A wolf thief is on the run on Long Island after swooping the hybrid animal from an ecology center. 

Authorities say the female wolf-dog named Nakita was taken after someone cut through three fences at the Brookhaven ecology site sometime on Monday morning. 

Officials say Nakita had previously been illegally kept as a pet at a home until last year. 

According to Roy Gross of the Suffolk SPCA, Nakita has shown no aggressive behavior to humans since being turned over.

Sources say the theft could be an inside job since the thief, or thieves, had knowledge of how to reach the wolf.
