A student in Queens was stabbed while he was walking back to his dorm early Saturday morning, police said.
The St. John's University student was walking back to his dorm around 2:40 a.m. on 80th Road and Utopia Parkway, police said.
The victim approached a group of people engaged in a dispute, police said.
One of the members of the group exchanged unspecified words with him before stabbing him, according to police
He was taken to Queens General Hospital in stable condition.
The incident is being investigated.
