One man was fatally wounded and another was injured when gunfire erupted on a Bronx street early Saturday, police said.
One of the men was shot in the head outside 1216 Burke Avenue and pronounced dead by emergency responders, officials said. The other victim, who was shot in the buttocks, is in stable condition.
Authorities have not released the name of the man who died.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting are unclear.
