Police are searching Manhattan for the man who they say sprayed a woman’s face with something and then took off with her purse.
The NYPD released video Thursday night of the man suspected of robbing a woman in the West Village just days earlier.
The 33-year-old woman was near Horatio Street and Greenwich Street in the West Village early Tuesday morning when the man approached her.
Police say the suspect sprayed an unknown liquid in her face and then grabbed her purse. He took off down Jane Street with the handbag.
The woman was taken to Lenox Hill Medical Center to be treated for injuries she sustained.
