The embattled governor's aide at the center of a domestic violence scandal appeared at Bronx Family Court with his attorneys.
Court officials say David Johnson went to the clerk's office Wednesday to look at his files, but the case remains unchanged.
Johnson's former girlfriend, Sherruna Booker, was seeking an order of protection stemming from a Halloween incident before abruptly dropping the case Feb. 8. She had told police Johnson roughed her up over a costume.
At issue is whether Gov. David Paterson or anyone from his staff or security detail influenced her decision.
Johnson did not speak outside court. His attorney, Mark Jay Heller, did not return a call seeking comment.
