A man was found dead in the Hudson River near lower Manhattan on Sunday morning, police said.
The body of a 38-year-old man was found near Jane Street in the West Village, the NYPD said. He was fully clothed and pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
His name was withheld pending notification of his family.
The Medical Examiner will determine his cause of death.
The investigation is ongoing.
