1. The Curtain Will Close on Beloved Times Square Venue

The iconic B.B. King Blues Club & Grill is taking its final bow at the end of April after an 18-year run in Times Square. 

Sky high rent has forced the venue to seek out a new location elsewhere in New York City. There's still no word on where the move will be just yet.

In the meantime, you can still catch shows from Slick Rick, Doug E. Fresh, Rick Ross and more before the doors officially close on April 29.

2. Grab a Tattoo at...Saks Fifth Avenue? Soon, Yes 

Tattoos and designer shoes. 

You will soon be able to score both at Saks Fifth Avenue. 

The New York Post reports the luxury retailer announced a popular NYC tattoo parlor is set to open shop soon at their downtown location at Brookfield Place. 

There tattoo artists will be on permanent roation inking customers in the window dispays of the store.

3. David Bowie-Branded MetroCards Have New Yorkers Lining Subway

A special, immersive David Bowie-themed art installation has taken over a New York City subway station. 

The collaboration with Spotify and the Brooklyn Museum showcases subway-wall-sized works of art and you can even score a limited edition Ziggy Stardust MetroCard at the Broadway-Lafayette/Bleecker Street station.

Each piece contains a unique Spotify code to accompany the underground experience.
