A 28-year-old Connecticut man has been arrested in a road rage incident in which he allegedly pointed a pellet gun at another driver on a New York highway, police say.
The New Milford man, Alison Fritsche, got into a dispute with another motorist on Interstate 684 in the town of North Salem in Westchester just after 8 a.m. Monday, according to New York State Police. Fritsche pointed what appeared to be a gun at the other driver.
When troopers caught up with Fristch in the area of I-684 near exit 8, they found that the item he'd pointed was a black BB gun that looked like a 9-mm handgun.
Fritsche was issued appearance tickets to return to Town of North Salem Court on May 22. Attorney information wasn't immediately clear.
