A man has been arrested and charged with murder in the stabbing death of a 15-year-old boy in Brooklyn, police said Sunday.
Jayson Smith, 25, of Brooklyn, was charged with second-degree murder in the death of Parlay Oller, the NYPD said.
Smith was also charged with gang assault, assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
Another teen and a 25-year-old man were also stabbed in the fight in Brownsville but were expected to survive their injuries, the NYPD said.
Several men and teens were fighting outside at Belmont Avenue and Mother Gaston Boulevard before the stabbing at about 6 a.m. Saturday, police said.
Oller was stabbed in his abdomen, police said. He was pronounced dead at Brookdale Hospital.
An 18-year-old man was stabbed in the chest and a 25-year-old man was stabbed in the shoulder, police said.
It wasn't immediately clear whether Smith had an attorney.
