CNN's upcoming 60 Minutes-esque profile of the glorious, luxurious, Champagne-filled world of Carine Roitfeld airs this Wednesday, at the ungodly hour of 9:30 in the morning. But the sneak peek we got focuses less on Carine and more on the state of fashion in this economic crisis. Where are Hedi, Karl, and Marc talking about how fabulous La Roitfeld is? Instead, we have François-Henri Pinault talking about positioning in the industry, Carine in Balenciaga (the same dress PETA ripped?), and Marc Jacobs discussing how he had to cut back on his show this year. Hmmm. Let's hope it transitions back to Carine in the next segment.
