The folks from One Brooklyn Bridge Park have mailed out their November update, with lots of new info: new pricing, new shuttle service, new amenities, they say. For starters, the moula: 1,100-square-foot-plus lofts start at $640,000; one-bedrooms over 800 square feet start at $650,000; two-bedrooms over 1,300 square feet start at $960,000; two-bedrooms over 1,500 square feet with Manhattan views start at $1.3 million; and three-beds over 1,400 square feet with views start at $1.37 mill. As a kicker, OPPB is now running an updated shuttle service (spotted this morning on Henry Street), running to and from the Clark Street and Borough Hall stations, with stops at Trader Joe's to stock up on trail mix for the bumpy ride. Amenities they're showing off include refrigerated grocery storage and some landscaped garden terraces with putting greens. They've also included an update on the park-to-be for which the building is named (hopefully no one down there will be hit with golf balls): construction, as we know, has actually begun, and they expect it to open at the end of 2009.
