Three-year-old Little Dishes Eatery is up for sale, according to a post on Gowanus Lounge. The 7th Avenue spot, called "the sort of restaurant any neighborhood would be happy to call its own," by the New York Times, is asking $220,000 or $350,000, depending which part of the listing you're looking at.
