Shop the Best After-Holiday Sales Online

Didn't get what you really wanted for the holidays? Well, we've rounded up over a dozen brilliant online sales to get you back on the right track this week.

Score up to 60 percent off some staggering designer duds from this Fifth Avenue department store's well-curated selection -- from Prada suede platforms (were $690, now $483) to a cherry-red Herve Leger strapless dress (was $995, now $597).

On this Fifth Avenue department store's well-stocked website, you can sift through designer wares that are up to 60 percent off by price, which is mighty handy if you're trying to get a great deal. We spied a range of items on sale, from a Thakoon heavy cape jacket (was $1790, now $644) to a Theory strapless mini-dress for just $95.34.

Holiday elf Simon Doonan has been busy this week, marking down all of this luxury superstore's designer items by up to 60 percent. Louboutin, Lanvin, and Miu Miu shoes are mostly 40-50 percent off online, and we even spotted a Proenza Schouler sequin dress at 60 percent off. (For those looking for something a bit less upscale, we also spotted some Alexander Wang tees for less than $100).

The department store is advertising that its sale is offering discounts of up to 40 percent on most items, but we already found a great statement faux-fur jacket for under $100 and a 3.1 Phillip Lim ruffle dress for 60 percent off (was $650, now $259). So do some digging and you'll find even better deals than what's on the surface.

Macy's really knows how to do post-holiday sales right, as there are a ridiculous amount of incentives to shop, from a "White Christmas" sale offering 20-60 percent on linens to free shipping deals on beauty and bedding. Plus! The site's after-Christmas clearance sale is now offering an extra 10-15 percent off clothing and accessories already on sale (taken automatically at check-out, with some restrictions, depending on the brand). We found a Calvin Klein puffer jacket for $149 and an ideal-for-the-office pencil skirt for just $49.99.

Other than the fact that all of the women's jeans at this hipster chain are now $39 (which is reason alone to click over for a quick visit), the website for Urban Outfitters proves infinitely easier to navigate than the packed-to-the-gills stores, so it's a cinch to track down tons of cute dresses on sale (mostly under $100), as well as the types of pieces you only find here -- antler curtain tie-backs now just $11.99.

Take an additional 20 percent off all the sale items at this preppy-chic super-site with the code "EXTRA20" at check-out. (Psst: this also gives you free shipping on all purchases that are $150 and over!) In case you're wondering, there are still some charming pieces to be had -- from watercolor platform peep-toes for $99.99 to a wool/cashmere coat with gleamy gold buttons for $229.99.

It may not be very publicized on the site, but the sale section at this dreamy, feminine shop is chock-full of brilliant accessories -- a pair of hammered metal chandelier earrings for $79.95 caught our eye -- and over 30 dresses, from wool shifts to tulle frocks, mostly for under $100.

This indie designer emporium now had sizable outposts in both New York and Los Angeles, but some of the best deals are still to be found online, where the store's "Winter Blowout" is offering up to 60 percent off designers like Hussein Chalayan (a gorgeous structured cocktail dress was $1380 and is now $966) as well as pitch-perfect separates from its in-house label (a versatile knit gray vest is now just $100).

This L.A.-based store's "Think Winter" sale (which is kind of funny in itself, given that the store's in L.A., where "thinking winter" means "lightweight jackets") has some killer indie pieces for up to 40 percent off, including Henrik Vibskov graphic scarves for $129, Diana Orving silk harem pants for $191, and Alexander Wang asymmetrical bodycon dresses for $474 (were $790).

Fall merchandise at this beloved Brooklyn min-chain will be offering 25%-50% off women's and men's clothing, jewelry, shoes and accessories -- think Acne trench coats, Isabel Marant shirts, and Alexander Wang tanks. The sale continues through January. For the boutique's three Brooklyn outposts, check the store's website.
