The upcoming "Anchorman" sequel looks like it's going to bring hilarity and nonsense to a new level of Ron Burgundy-ness.

Paramount has released two new trailers for "Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues" showing Will Ferrell as goofy anchor Burgundy along with his news team of misfits, all back at their oddball best.

The first teaser shows Burgundy and company engaging in unsavory behaviors and taking an absurd roadtrip along with scorpions and bowling balls. Paul Rudd's character Brian Fantana gives another peek at his "Jimmy Cabinet" known for the "Sex Panther Cologne" in the 2004 movie.

The other extended clip shows Steve Carell's character Brick Tamland deliriously crying at his own funeral. Ferrell also gets a pretty bad beating from actress Meagan Good.

The clip also highlights the many other stars who will appear in the film like James Marsden, Harrison Ford, Kristen Wiig, and Christina Applegate who returns for the sequel.

Rappers Kanye West and Drake also make cameo appearances in the film.

"Anchorman" fever is beginning to build as the calendar counts down to the film's Dec. 20 release date. Only yesterday Ben & Jerry's released their own Anchorman-inspired ice cream flavor "Scotchy Scotch Scotch" named for Burgundy's favorite beverage, but in reality a mix of butterscotch ice cream and butterscotch swirls.

Two weeks prior Burgundy appeared in a series of advertisments for the 2014 Dodge Durango.
