Celebs Flock To New Miami Hotspot The Florida Room

Let’s face it — all of us want to have a piece of that celebrity lifestyle. You may not have the million dollar paychecks, but you sure can pretend like you do! And one of the fabulous perks of being a celeb is access to all the hottest clubs on the scene.

And if you are headed to Miami, where the rich and famous like to play, then make The Florida Room your first stop on the strip. The modern day speakeasy, located in the sublevel of the chic Delano Hotel in South Beach, is the newest venue where celebs head to kick back, have a mojito and party the night away.

Newly-single (or, maybe not?) Alex Rodriguez loves to let loose at this new ultra-swanky lounge. The Miami native and Kabballah enthusiast loves to throw back some drinks with pals when he heads back home. While he was filming “Marley and Me” with Jennifer Aniston, Owen Wilson was a regular; he had his very own booth in the center of the dance floor.

Designed by the Kravitz Design group (as in, rock star Lenny Kravitz) The Florida Room oozes sexiness and sophistication. A replica of Lenny’s lucite grand piano adds another dash of elegance to the already intimate lounge. It offers everything from Live Latin performances to killer international DJ sets on weeknights and weekends. It’s no wonder that more stars like Jamie Foxx, Eva Longoria, and Drew Barrymore are huge fans of this South Beach nightclub.
Yet, no hotspot would be complete without a velvet rope and The Florida Room is no exception. Of course, if you are “Gossip Girl” cutie Chace Crawford, you can stroll right in. If you aren’t an A-lister, well don’t fret! If there’s a will, there’s always a way to rub shoulders with the hottest stars. But you’ll have to figure that next move out for yourself!
