To celebrate the kick-off of Ruffian's special collection for Anthropologie, "Mise en Scene," the designers curated a special section of the Rockefeller Center store to look like their inspiration for the line -- stars' dressing rooms.
The Mise en Scene collection is really a complete one, in that the designers have channeled their feminine, mysterious aesthetic into everything from clothing (brocade jackets and flared, Victorian-inspired coats) to chic housewares (candles and glasses). The collection is also available for purchase on Anthropologie's web site, but we must say that being inside the scene the Ruffian designers have concoted really sets the stage for the pieces themselves. We were quite tempted to buy more than a few of the dresses (which range from $198 to $298), hoping to be transported into the brand's quixotic, slighly coquettish world.
